I think that it is indiferent, this story can like the girls and the boys, the sotries of love doesn't only beautiful for the girls ever person is a world and so exist diferents tastes.
Also I think that this is a tipical story of love that a girl and a boy love you but for problems between they their love is impossible, but in the end this problems are solutions and their love is possible so I think that this sotry can like the girls and the boys but the number of girls that like this story is more big that the boys.

In the 19th century, the marriages were for interest, the people always searched a boy or girl rich, especially the girls searched a richs mens because the marriage of a rich man with a poor girl was more easy that not a marriage with a poor boy with a rich girl, it was why the girls always have searched a man of more prestige that they. I think that in those time was usual the marriage for money because in those time you was very poor o very rich, a family with a normal income was poor and for they searched a good hausband or wife for their childrens.
Luckly this not happen now, in the actually the people marriage with the person that love and they don't interest the moneys, because we live in a society rich/normal that the people aproximatly have the same freedoms and rights. Also in the past the girls for marriage they need the consentiment of the father and nowadays isn't necessary.

For me the romanticism mean express your sentiments with the maximum gesture and detail, for exemple: you say a other person that you love she with a speech very beautiful and romantic in a night with a lot of stars and a big moon and you give her flowers and a present.
Nowaday I think that some persons still are romanticism although a lot of persons think that is old and now in general the persons are more directs.
My topic is: Do you think that exist the true love or in reality the people love a person for some interest or prestige?

the film: gangs of new york

This film tells a story about New York in 1863 where the diferent bands of criminals discuss the power of the city. That city is young and still hasn’t the government of nowadays.
The film starts with a violent battle of bands of criminals, “death rabbits” that represented the emigrant people versus Native that represented English people. In this battle they discuss the power about a part of the New York, five points.
In the battle “the butcher”, the boss of the native Hill, the boss of the death rabbits and the children of the boss death look the murder of his father. The child is closed in a orphanage. Ten years later the boy is 18 years old and he can out of the orphanage and he returns in the area five points of the city.
The boy meets the butcher and he goes in the band of the Native and he gets one of the main people of the group and at this moment he trys to kill the butcher to revenge the death of his father, but the butcher is better than him and the boy is hurt.
At that point boy trys an other plan for Hill the butcher, to eliminate the Native and he returns to the local of the death rabbits and creates this band of new and he declarates the war tha Native. It starts an other battle between the death rabbits and the native and the boy kills the burtcher, he revenges the death of his father and he eliminates the clan of the Native.
